I had very lovely days staying at this brand-new hotel. The setting was excellent, close to city centre and railway station, and also P & O terminal, both restaurants and the Ocean Village marina. I was surprised at nearby Lawrie mc Coffee Shop, they had some goodies, drinks.

As for me, the location is unbeatable, in Harbour. It's right by the restaurant, the marina, and the ferry terminals. The hotel offers lots of food that was brilliant.
The bathrooms are too small.

The fine views from our room, overlooking yachts and the port, were the highlight of our stay. Enjoying afternoon tea added a good touch, though we faced issues with the room's cleanliness and an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The overall maintenance could be improved, as we encountered dust and unflushed waste in the bathroom, which marred an otherwise lovely experience.

perfect base for exploring southampton's bustling attractions
I had a fantastic stay, enjoying the lovely and comfortable room along with the fantastic location that's only a short stroll from the Solent Sky Museum and about 2 km from beautiful Mayflower Park, making it easy to soak up both the city's rich history and its beautiful outdoor spaces.

The suite we stayed in was fantastic, with a breathtaking view and a bed that made us feel like we were floating! We enjoyed a soothing massage and spent some time in the indoor pool, which was just what we needed to unwind. The only hiccup was the check-in process that took longer than expected, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

Limited parking availability could be better managed!!! Cleaning inconsistencies are unacceptable for a luxury hotel!!! Noise issues from the rooftop bar. Communication regarding amenities needs serious improvement!!!

Had a fantastic stay with amazing meals at the restaurant and a relaxing massage at the spa! The indoor pool and steam room were just perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was having to go down the stairs for menus, but it didn't ruin my vibe. 😊
